This session is designed for leaders to work alongside an
education consultant to implement Arinui as an appraisal tool in their school,
centre, or organisation. At the end of the session, you will have created a
plan which can be shared with your staff so that they are ready to lead their
appraisal process. Each planning session is tailored to your context but is
likely to include:
· induction to Arinui
· creating time for staff to engage in Arinui and
leading their appraisal
· an annual plan
· factoring in the requirements from the Teaching
Council of Aotearoa New Zealand
· a cohesive alignment to your appraisal policy
and practice.
The hour-long session
can be delivered online or
face-to-face (depending on consultant availability).
