Arinui is very proud to launch its system built with ECE for ECE.

Early in 2018 Arinui decided that it had an obligation to ensure that it was fit for purpose for the New Zealand Early Childhood Sector.
Using the very best in appraisal pedagogy as well as combining the need for a range of experiences along the teaching and leading as inquiry journey, Arinui consulted and refined its system to work for Early Childhood.
No more squeezing into a system built for something else.
An overview:
- Options only viewable for ECE
- Customised prompts and questions for the Early Childhood context
- A focus on the process of Teaching and Leading as Inquiry
- Easy administration functions for large organisations manage appraisal
- Longitudinal appraisals accessible for teachers and centre leaders
- "Ownership" for teachers of their data if they move from one centre to another.
